At Orouwan, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Facebook Platform Terms and applicable data protection regulations, we provide this page to guide you on how to delete your account data associated with Orouwan.

How to Remove Orouwan App from Facebook

If you signed up or logged in to Orouwan using Facebook, you can remove our access to your information at any time by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Apps and Websites.
3. Find and select Orouwan from the list.
4. Click the Remove button.
5. Confirm by clicking Remove again in the pop-up modal.

How to Request Complete Data Deletion

Removing the app from Facebook stops future data collection, but does not automatically delete your history from our databases. To request complete deletion of your Orouwan account, order history, addresses, and any personal information, you can request manual deletion:

• Email Request: Send an email to support@orouwan.com or codemindasg@gmail.com.
• Subject Line: Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Details Required: Please provide the name and email address associated with the account you want to delete.

What Happens After Data Deletion?

Once your request is received, our support team will process it within 3-5 business days:

• Your user account and profile will be permanently deleted.
• Your saved shipping addresses will be purged.
• Your email address will be removed from our newsletters and marketing lists.
• Note: Transactional records of past orders may be retained in encrypted archives for accounting, tax, and legal audit compliance as required by local laws.
