Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for home decor and bedsheet products under the following conditions:

  • Product is defective, damaged, or has manufacturing flaws upon arrival
  • Wrong item, size, or color was delivered
  • Product is returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition
  • Item is unused, unwashed, unopened, and has original tags and packaging intact
  • Product does not match the description or images on our website

Important: For hygiene reasons, opened bedsheet packages, pillow covers, and other personal-use items can only be refunded if they are defective or incorrect. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for refund.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at Contact Us with your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and reason for refund
  2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  3. If approved, we will arrange pickup of the returned item from your address
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the refund approval
  5. Refund will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer/bKash for COD orders
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Refund Timeline

Request Review: 24-48 hours after you submit your refund request

Pickup Arrangement: 1-2 business days after approval (within Dhaka), 2-4 business days (outside Dhaka)

Inspection & Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item

Bank/bKash Processing: Additional 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (varies by payment method)

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad. Please provide your account details for smooth processing.

Online Payments (bKash/Nagad/Cards): Refund will be credited back to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Opened bedsheet packages, pillow covers, or personal-use items (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized home decor products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Products damaged due to improper care or normal wear and tear
  • Items with stains, odors, or signs of use

Exchange Option

Prefer a different size, color, or design? We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for home decor products. Contact us with your order details and the item you'd like to exchange for.

Exchange Conditions:Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags attached. We'll arrange pickup and delivery of the replacement item at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective/Wrong/Damaged Items: We cover all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Our courier partner will pick up the item from your address at no charge.

Change of Mind:Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (120for Dhaka,180-250outside Dhaka) unless the item is defective. We'll arrange the pickup, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchange Shipping: Free shipping for both pickup and delivery when exchanging items.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Only part of your order was defective or incorrect
  • Item is returned with minor packaging damage but still in sellable condition
  • Shipping costs deducted for change-of-mind returns

We will always communicate with you before processing a partial refund and explain the reasoning.
